Returns Policy

In Store

We cannot offer refunds for change of mind. However, we will happily offer you an exchange within 14 days of your original purchase.


The ‘Clear It’ online store is happy to accept the return of product for an exchange or online credit only. No refunds are offered online. Please note, exchanges can take place in our Clear It stores however item’s must be in original condition with tags still attached.

All returned items:

  • Must be returned within 14 of the product being received by the customer.
  • Must have all original tags attached.
  • Must be unwashed, unworn and unused.
  • Must be sent with a completed returns form. (Please DO NOT provide any other documents aside from the returns form)
  • Must be sent via postal service to Clear It Online.

Faulty items:

Should you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer service team on (03) 8420 0398 or via and they will instruct you on how to return the item.

Customer’s are entitled to a refund or replacement in the circumstance they receive a faulty item.


If you require an exchange, please note that exchanges are subject to online availability. If your item is not available at the time of processing you will be contacted regarding how to proceed. Value of an item is determined by the amount paid and listed on your invoice. If you are exchanging for a completely different item, the value of the new item is determined by the online listed price at the time your exchange is processed. We cannot apply discounts from past sales/promotions.

Please ensure your request is clearly written on your Returns Form.

Shipping and Extra Charges:

In order for an exchange to be processed, you must provide authorization for us to either charge you or send a PayPal money request for the shipping fees or balancing fees owed. Your exchange will only be submitted once either or both of these extra charges have been paid.

Please note, PayPal money requests will be cancelled after 3 days.
